HOW AND WHEN TO ORDER???We are currently getting very booked up for 2006 weddings with enquiries going into 2009, so we offer a booking system of asking for a £20 deposit if you would like to book a slot in our diary for your stationery/wedding goodies to be made in. We will then make your stationery proof to send to you, keep all your details on file. We then contact you nearer to the date that we are due to start your order. One less thing for you to worry about !! It's always a worry that we will not be able to fit all the orders in & we'd hate to have to turn people away. ** Please note this £20 is part of your payment & not an additional payment ** When? We would safely like to recommend that you send out your invitations 8-16 weeks before your Wedding Day. This gives your guests enough time to rsvp. How long will they take to be made? Your Wedding Stationery will be ready for delivery 4-6 weeks of us confirming your final order & you returning your signed proofs to us. This does depend on our current workload. Please don't despair if you need yours sooner. Contact us & we'll see what we can do. When to pay: A 50% deposit is required at the time of ordering(which is non refundable) and the remainder to be paid before we send your order out to you. Save the Date orders, our online shop orders & orders under £100 need to be paid when placing the order. *You will receive a full set of proofs once we have received your deposit. If you are not happy with these you will have your deposit refunded to you in full. *Please allow for the fact that everything is handmade, so items & colours may vary ever so slightly. *We don't hold a 'No minimum order policy' but please make sure you allow enough when ordering and allow for mistakes when writing them out, extra guests & also keepsakes. (There is a minimum of 20 invitations when ordering bespoke stationery - see 'Bespoke Designs' for more details. * We don’t offer extra discounts for those who place larger orders. We do try to keep our prices as low as possible and feel we are very competitive with other Wedding Stationery companies. Bespoke Design - Option 1 - from £25- if you know exactly what you want, but just can't find it anywhere...we are happy to turn your ideas into reality.This service includes a consultation, either by phone or in person, where we can discuss your ideas. We will then source your materials & make your sample for you. Once you have seen the sample ,we are happy to make any necessary changes if need be. After this, any further samples will be charged accordingly. This service does include your sample being sent in the guaranteed postage to you. We do hold a minimum order policy for this service, a minimum of 15 invitations must be ordered. (please note the fee for this service must be paid before any samples are made) For legal & moral reasons, Funky Fairies will not copy any other company designs, if requested to do so. Bespoke Design - Option 2 - from £50 -This service is for those who have something very specific or a particular theme in mind & require us to create a unique 'one-off' design for them. Included in this service is a consultation, either by phone or in person, where we can discuss your wedding & ideas. We will then source your materials & make 3 individual designs for you, based on your ideas. Once you have seen the samples ,we are happy to make any necessary changes & create a further sample for you. After this, any further samples will be charged accordingly. This service does include your samples being sent in the guarenteed postage to you. We do hold a minimum order policy for this service, a minimum of 15 invitations must be ordered. (please note the fee for this service must be paid before any samples are made) Your design will be a 'one-off' & will not be used on any future Funky Fairies Weddings. Delivery: Any orders sent out by post will be dispatched using the guaranteed delivery service and will require a signature on receipt. Larger orders will be sent using a 24hr courier service & also require a signature on delivery. Please contact us for postal charges. Local orders can be collected. Payment: We accept cash, cheque & paypal (this is like paying by credit card) Please note though, that when using the Paypal option we will charge an extra 3.4% to cover Paypal costs.
